LL 230: Mirror and Shadow Work

Today’s episode is all about understanding the shadow side. I step you through two processes to come to greater self-love, using the mirror effect to identify unowned, discarded and buried traits and qualities within us and then using the shadow method to move to acceptance and love. These two tools, used side by side will help you move through emotion with greater understanding and  are brilliant to help navigate conflict or triggers in your life.

LL 229: What I Love About Me

Can you celebrate the greatest of you? Today I have the Love-Life tribe joining me to answer the question, ‘What I love about me’  We have stories of truth speaking that leads to a moment of self-actualisation, the power of a smile and affirmations, celebrating the journey of personal development plus compassion, sensitivity, curiosity, determination, creativity and courage.

LL 227: Neuro-Linguistic Programing with Peter Lennon

Make sure you listen to the end of the show where I have a very important announcement about the Love-Life show.  Today we discuss Neuro-linguistic programing with Love-Life Tribe member, Peter Lennon. Neuro refers to your neurology; Linguistic refers to language; programming refers to how that neural language functions. Peter and I discuss foundational elements, rapport skills, being present, meeting people where they are currently at, state management, nominalisation, recognising all situations and a bit of philosophy. Plus he teaches us how to utilise a changed state and swish tool.

LL 225: Your Questions Answered

Today I’m answering four listeners emails from the Love-Life tribe which cover completely different situations, situations that I feel many of us have been in including: Someone who is stressed out, lost their mojo and feeling unhappy; The mum of a highly sensitive child who wants to teach them about being highly sensitive and help them to enter the class room and shopping centres easily; What to do when you have a different opinion that challenges a friend and stay in rapport; and finally, the on-going battle of who pays for the date, this time asked from a male listener.

LL 224: The Mindset of a Champion with Kerri Pottharst

Who are you surrounding yourself with? And why is it so important to seek out teachers and coaches? After the recent goal setting and manifestation episode, to support you in creating the life you desire, today I am joined by three time Olympian and gold medallist, Kerri Pottharst.   In order to claim gold at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Kerri and her playing partner Natalie Cook had to overcome their own fear and doubt. Having been defeated 16 times in a row by the seemingly unbeatable world champions, Kerri and her partner didn’t fancy their chances. And yet they did it, having  created one of the most memorable moments of the Olympic Games by winning gold. Kerri shares wisdom around goal setting, the importance of mindset and getting the support you need to be the best version of yourself.

LL 223: Jealousy, Feeling Insecure and Not Enough

Are you enough?   Many of you may feel a sting when I say this and possibly have a small shake of the head, a tear in the eye and a gentle answer that no you aren’t enough. Well believe me, you are enough. You are always enough.  My guest today is a friend who came to me in tears. She had recently found her partner looking at porn and it gutted her and she didn’t know what to do. She instantly felt that she wasn’t enough, wasn’t enough of a woman to keep her partner happy. And that ultimately her not being enough, would lead him to leave her. Today’s episode I am sharing the live unedited coaching session which steps you through the process of identifying what the underlining cause of strong emotion is, the intended outcome, how to heal and move towards the set goal.

LL 222: A Bit Fed Up – It’s time to manifest

Ep 222 A BIT FED UP – IT’S TIME TO MANIFEST

Are you just a little bit fed up with your life? Are there areas in your life you wish were different? Then it’s time to use this fed up feeling to capture the motivation to make change. It’s episode 222 and according to Doreen Virtue’s Angel Numbers book, triple 2 means ‘Have faith. Everything’s going to be alright. Don’t worry about anything as this situation is resolving itself beautifully for everyone involved. Today’s episode we use the feeling of being a bit fed up or having something that you are anxious about, to let go. I am joined by 3 Love-Life Tribe members sharing their different stories of manifesting. One a sceptic tired of the daily grind of all work and no play and envious of others lifestyle, another potentially anxious about money and the families future after her husband was retrenched and finally someone who hit a fork in the road of life with no clear direction.

LL 221: Paying it forward with life

We all love paying it forward however are you up for the ultimate paying it forward gift? My guests today are activists for encouraging people to give the ultimate gift, the gift of life through organ donation. Joining me on the couch are Cassie a recipient of 2 corneal transplants after losing her sight in her teenage years, Leah Barthel, the daughter of an organ donor and author of a book called ‘A Gift Before I Go’, for children to support them through a traumatic time and Philipa Jones, Donation Specialist Nursing Co-ordination with Donate Life SA. Join us in this important conversation about life and death and the ultimate gift.
